Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
RETURNS
You have the right to return your product within 60 days after receiving the package if, for any reason, you are not satisfied.
- For orders over 100 EUR, the return is free of charge.
- For orders under 100 EUR, the return shipping cost is 10 EUR, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
To request a return label, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
After we receive your return, we will process it within up to 14 days, but typically refunds are issued within 48 hours.
- All products must be unused, unworn, and have all tags attached.
- Apparel must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, or animal hair.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear and underwear are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding that these items are non-returnable due to their intimate nature.
- Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment.
If the return conditions are not met (e.g., the product shows signs of use or damage), the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Don’t wait—place a new order for the correct size and return the item that didn’t fit within 60 days. The refund for the returned item will be issued to your account.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To begin the process, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will respond as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours, and provide further instructions.
If you received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us before returning the item and attach clear photos of the defect. In such cases, we will provide a free replacement.
